Spacers are metal movable pins inserted in the perimeter holes on our step and repeat boards and contact boards. While most spacers have a top button which is 1/4” round, they are also available with elongated top buttons, as well as special round diameters. The five common spacers are 1/2, 1/4, 1/8th, 1/16th, and 3/16th. Spacers are also available in less common fractions of 1/3, 1/10th, 1/32nds, and 1/64th.

Pin bars are used in either the vacuum frame or on the light table. The precision machined buttons are double welded to a 1” wide stainless steel bar (.015” thick), assuring stability and accuracy. Stock heights are .085” and .120”. Hundreds of stock pin bars are available to match the many configurations of punches which are produced today. Custom bars can be manufactured both quickly and affordably.

Hole reinforcers are available in nine styles, each featuring different hole sizes and configurations. Made of sturdy clear mylar, they bond equally well to paper, vinyl, or acetate. Packaged in bags or boxes of 250.

Register pins are available in over 120 sizes and variations.  At .013” our bases are the sturdiest available. The buttons are multiple welded (not riveted) for years of use, and both the tops of the buttons and the bottoms of the bases are hand polished to prevent scratches. The hole in the base provides additional taping area which helps prevent movement and makes them easier to handle. Register pins are available in round (R), elongated horizontal (EH) or elongated vertical (EV). Our pins are made to exacting tolerances, and are available in numerous styles and heights. Stock pins are packaged in 10’s.

Stripping tabs align stripped flats and negatives with incremental spacers on the stepboard. Made from stable and durable mylar, stripping tabs are available in non-adhesive styles (7.5 mil). Packaged in bags of either 250 or 1000.
